Get The Look: Kristen Stewart At The LA Film Festival

Moving in: There was no R-Patz in sight as the Twilight co-stars got cosy. In the Twilight films Pattinson and Lautner play bitter love rivals
Celebrity makeup artist Fiona Stiles created Kristen Stewart's gorgeous makeup look last night at the LA Film Festiveal. P.S. Quelle scandale! She's with TAYLOR LAUTNER and Robert Pattinson is nowhere to be found... Here, the deets on her makeup look, at least (none on her love live, unfort) in Fiona's words.

Using a synthetic brush I swiped on the COVERGIRL NatureLuxe Silk Foundation where needed and then blended it out with a damp sponge so the coverage was sheer and luminous.  A light dusting of translucent powder set the foundation.  I swept a bit of the COVERGIRL Cheekers Blush in Natural Rose onto the apples of the cheeks for a soft and subtle flush.

For the eyes, I smudged on the deep rusty bronze color of the COVERGIRL Smoky ShadowBlast in Purple Plume from the lash line to above the crease blending it toward the brow bone.  Then I used a bit of the plumy color in the COVERGIRL Exact Eyelights quad for Green Eyes over the ShadowBlast to add depth to the color and to add a bit more definition at the outer corners of the eyes, and a soft sweeping of color under the lower lashes.  I lined the waterline with COVERGIRL LiquilineBlast in Black Fire and smudged a bit into the top lash line as well as blended a little at the outer corners of the eyes.  Two coats of COVERGIRL NatureLuxe Mousse Mascara in Black top and bottom gave the final touch of glam.

For the lips, I lined the lips all over first with COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lip Liner in Smoky, and then applied a light coat of COVERGIRL LipPerfection lipcolor in Heavenly for a touch of shine.

I love the bronziness! What do you think?

tarte + True Blood Collection!

Tarte has teamed up with True Blood (season premiere of which is Sunday, June 26--get excited) and HBO to create a stunningly sexy collection of vampy makeup with which to glamour with glamour. I love the corsety vampire packaging, but most of all? The shades are insanely wearable and prove just as fabulous during the daylight hours as they are for night. You'd be a fool not to get involved. It was also created with some help from True Blood Makeup Artist Head Brigette Ellis (whom I've interviewed about the looks of the show in the past). Read on for more pics...

The sexy eye palette with TONS of beautiful shades.

My favorite, the red sheer shimmery natural cheek stain.

Tarte's bestselling LipSurgence in a sheer, glimmery red formulation.

And tell me: Does it make you want to do bad things? Like, maybe to your bank account but maybe also to someone's neck?

Buy the limited edition (!) Tarte for True Blood collection at Sephora and on sephora.com exclusively.

Sponsored Post: Juice Beauty Free Gift With $30 Purchase

I wish I could draw a Venn diagram showing how many efficacious products are organic and natural, but alas, I'm not that savvy a designer. So I'll lay it out in the written word: Organic beauty products that do what they're supposed to are rarer than a unicorn. But Juice Beauty manages to achieve that near-impossible balance of effective skin care comprised entirely of organic ingredients. Read on...

Juice Beauty is one of the first organic skin care brands with which I became involved and my gateway product to the line was the Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel ($45) in the full strength iteration. If you have super-sensitive skin, opt for the sensitive iteration. As I am always looking to get my money's worth, I always bust out the full strength--I'm not driving, after all.

PLUS, Juice Beauty has generously offered BBJ readers a free hydrating mist with a minimum purchase of $30 purchase. The code is AMBER and it's good through June 30.

Let me know what you get!

Disclosure: Though I was compensated for this post, all opinions are my own. Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel was purchased by me.
