Here are a few of my top picks from the past. 

Made with a mask - a circle punched out of a large post-it. 

Come to Bethlehem - $7.48 in clear mount and $9.98 in wood mount. 

This card looks complicated but it's not!  Just stamp the image in Navy ink and then make a mask of the curved base of the image.  Lay that over the stamped image and sponge around the edges of the top working your way in.  I used Not Quite Navy ink for the sponges. 

Then add snowy hills by sponging lightly onto the white base above the edge of your mask in different positions.
