Rutgers students attended the Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue at the World Food Prize in Des Moines, Iowa in October. World leaders and experts attend this three-day conference to discuss fighting global hunger. SEBS hosts the NJ Youth Institute World Food Prize competition for high school students on March 7 and alumni are invited to volunteer as judges for the competition. Scores of SEBS/Cook/CAES/AG alumni attended the SEBS Homecoming Tailgate celebration on Saturday, October 19. Attendees enjoyed a breakfast buffet, free giveaways, and festive reconnection with fellow alumni, SEBS faculty and staff, and Executive Dean Laura Lawson before the noon game vs. UCLA.
