The Department of Nutritional Sciences launched its renovated Teaching Kitchen in September 2024. The first year of this vibrant hub for experiential learning has been marked by a wide range of collaborations, both on- and off-campus, with students at the heart of its impactful activites. This living laboratory has long been the domain of Nicki Graf, who has retired from Rutgers following a 37-year career cultivating both plants and people. Read more

The launch of "Redwing" in a Teledyne Marine-Rutgers University project marked the beginning of a five-year mission to become the first underwater robot to circumnavigate the globe, collecting data for ocean science and weather forecasting. Read more
