Assistant analysts provide support to the division’s 16 economists in variety of ways. They assist in the development of the economic forecast and projections and the analysis of the macroeconomic effects of fiscal policy, prepare materials for CBO publications, maintain the division’s databases, and provide assistance with data manipulation and economic analysis for the division’s other projects.
