The agency seeks an experienced administrative assistant to support multiple divisions in the agency. This assistant will provide administrative support for executives and managers. The assistant will also serve as a resource for other staff.
Candidates must have at least three years’ administrative experience supporting senior level staff, expertise in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel in a PC-Windows environment, and the ability to develop and maintain paper and computer record-keeping systems.
