Legal Intern

The Office of General Counsel seeks an intern with a strong work ethic to assist in a variety of legal support services during the summer of 2017. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Counsel. Duties include conducting legislative research, drafting contracts, supervised counseling clients on issues involving government ethics, learning to review government contracts, and conducting other legal research to support CBO’s analytic activities. Candidates must be in their second year or third year of law school or have recently completed a juris doctorate degree. This is a temporary position that is expected to last approximately 10 weeks between May and August.
