The Management, Business, and Information Services Division seeks an Administrative Services Officer. The successful candidate will lead a small team that is focused on customer service, automation, reliability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining budgets; managing projects; overseeing facility operations, including coordinating building services; planning renovations of office space; providing for the protection of physical assets; adjudicating security background investigations; managing the agency’s efforts to be accountable for property; drafting and updating continuity of operations procedures; assisting with the Privacy Officer’s duties, including protecting access to data and systems; and supervising personnel who provide support to various agencywide functions and divisions.
