The successful candidate will report to the Chief Information Officer as part of a 14-person shop. The position encompasses all aspects of customer-facing technical support for a PC-based/LAN/WAN computing environment. Specific duties include installing and troubleshooting PC software and hardware; installing and troubleshooting printers; imaging and replacing PCs; administering Windows Active Directories; and supporting a variety of PC client applications, including Office 2016.
