CBO’s Budget Analysis Division seeks a manager to direct its thirteen member Natural and Physical Resources Cost Estimates Unit, which prepares cost estimates and budget projections for legislation affecting several functional areas of the federal budget including:
•    Energy 
•    Natural resources and environment (including development of oil and gas on federal land)
•    Agriculture 
•    Commerce and housing credit, including mortgage assistance 
•    Banking 
•    Disaster assistance 
•    Transportation 
•    Administration of justice
•    General government 

The unit also regularly communicates with and provides assistance to Congressional committees with jurisdiction over the relevant programs.
