The Congressional Budget Office is a nonpartisan federal agency that provides economic and budgetary analysis to the Congress. CBO’s Budget Analysis Division seeks a manager to direct its Low-Income Health Programs and Prescription Drugs Cost Estimates Unit, which prepares cost estimates and budget projections for legislation affecting health programs, including the following:

• Medicaid, including prescription drugs,
• Children’s Health Insurance Program,
• Private health insurance,
• Food and Drug Administration,
• Indian Health Service,
• National Institutes of Health, and
• Public health programs.
