Hey there!

If you are interested in becoming a part of the Blythe Park PTA Board, we encourage you to consider applying for one of these exciting opportunities. This is your chance to make a real difference in our school community and help shape the future of our organization. We can't wait to see who will step up and fill these important roles, and we thank you for your interest in being a part of our team!

  • President – the president creates the yearly calendar in coordination with the district and school calendars, oversees all school events, organizes and runs all board and general PTA meetings and attends district-wide meetings.
  • First Vice President – Membership and Volunteers – coordinates all correspondence regarding membership and the directory, manages volunteers for school events and communicates with all volunteers for each event.
  • Second Vice President – Academic Enrichment – coordinates and leads events related to educational advancement including author visits and STEM activities. Assists with family events.
  • Third Vice President – Fundraising – plans and leads all events at school and district that involves fundraising. Coordinates spirit wear sales and school supply orders.
  • Secretary – The PTA secretary is responsible for recording and maintaining accurate meeting minutes and managing correspondence
  • Treasurer – The PTA treasurer is responsible for managing the organization's budget, completing tax forms, and handling all payments coming in or out of the PTA account.
  • Parliamentarian- Maintains bylaws and standing rules every two years, nominating committee
  • Communications Officer – The PTA communications officer is responsible for managing the organization's website, newsletters, and database, ensuring effective communication with members

Cookie Sale - Pick up your cookies!

The Hauser PTO is teaming up with District 96 PTA's. We will have SWEET RIDE BAKERY cookies for sale! The following flavors will be offered: chocolate chip; sprinkle; brown butter; s'more; double chocolate; and brown butter rice krispie treat (gluten free). Cookies will be available for pick up at Hauser on 4/18 from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Don't forget to choose Blythe Park PTA in the drop-down list. SALES HAVE ENDED.

You'll also get to see the amazing projects of your fellow classmates, learn from their mistakes, and gain valuable insights into the scientific method.

Legacy Sports Camp – April 28th

Looking for something fun for your child to do on our day off? Sign them up for our Sports Camp!

The Blythe Park PTA in collaboration with Legacy Sports is offering a 90-minute session of Legacy games, including Go Across, Hand Hockey, and other exciting games. The available slots for this session are limited to 16 students. Sign up by 4/26!

Times:
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Fee: $15 per child
Location: Blythe Park Gym
