Last week you received your 2014-2015 PTA Registration packet. If you have not completed your packet, please complete and return your packet by Wednesday, June 11th. You may complete the process hard copy or electronically this year. For those who have returned a completed packet, thank you!
To complete the electronic process start by clicking on this link http://www.blytheparkpta.org and clicking on the membership registration button.
For the 2014-2015 school year, the membership costs will remain the same as last year. The PTA Membership/School Directory package will cost $6.00, and District 96 School Calendars will cost $5.00. Please make checks payable to Blythe Park PTA ($11.00 for both) and send your payment to the school office.
The information you provide will be used for PTA communication in the following areas:
-To prepare the 2014-2015 Blythe Park school directory.
-For distribution of the PTA weekly e-mail newsletter, ” Blythe Park Happenings.”
Your e-mail address will remain CONFIDENTIAL to Blythe Park PTA. Your e-mail address will NOT be shared with others. It will ONLY be printed in the school directory if you denote by checking the box.
Once your registration form is completed, don’t forget to fill out the volunteer form. To complete this form, go to
www.blytheparkpta.org and click on the “Get Involved” button located on the right banner.
This year the volunteer form will have sign-ups for chair and co-chairs only. As the events are planned, calls for volunteers will be solicited through the Happenings.
