The Bulldog Challenge has begun!  Make sure you are keeping track of all your exercise points!

Our first Wellness Wednesday will be this week, October 8th.  Staff members from Flying High Sports & Rec Center will be our guests.

Here is a message from our guest:

Say hello to your favorite place to play!!  For over 20 years, Flying High Sports & Rec Center has kept kids at the heart of all we do.  We are proud to offer a diverse line-up of kid-focused programming created to help them learn, play, & grow.  Our talented and friendly team works to create an environment where all children feel special and empowered to believe in themselves.  Today, we offer a wide variety of competitive and recreational programming including:  gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, tumbling, and martial arts.  Additionally, we’ve become a destination for birthday parties, open gyms, and special events.  Learn more about us and check out our class schedules at www.flyinghighgym.com.
