Blythe Park PTA Happenings 11/02/2015

Order your gift cards today! Scripps deadline is Tuesday.

Scrips November deadline is Tuesday, November 3rd.  Place your order now!

What is Scrips Fundraiser?
Scrip is just another way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards in place of cash, checks, and credit cards. You purchase gift cards from your PTA at face value, and your coordinator orders those cards at a reduced price. The difference is an instant rebate for your organization.

It’s really that simple! Great Lakes Scrip Center has over 300 of the country’s biggest brands, including grocery, department stores, gas stations, restaurants, hotels, home improvement, and more. Just by using scrip to pay for your normal weekly purchases, you can easily raise $500 or more per year. It’s time to put your shopping dollars to work!

Blythe Buck$ orders are due November 3rd by 4pm. Orders will be delivered to you by Friday, November 6th. Orders can be placed online with checks payable to Blythe Park PTA for those who do not enroll in PrestoPay online (optional). Orders can be filled out using attached form and checks sent to school office.

The Blythe Park Staff and Student Council are teaming up to promote school pride while raising funds for a great cause.  They are selling Blythe Park School Pride T-shirts.  All proceeds from the T-shirt sales will go towards sponsoring a child from a poverty-stricken area of Ghana.

When a child is sponsored, everything changes for that child.

Thank You to all who volunteered in October!

A special thank you to all those who volunteered themselves, their spouses, and their children to help with all the events in October! The games were great, the prizes were awesome and the food was fabulous at the Fun Fair.   And the Halloween play…it would not be Halloween without the play!  It was enjoyed by all! How about the Day of the Dead Celebration?  What spectacular skull cookies we all enjoyed.  A great time was had by all in October thanks to our amazing volunteers and the wonderful support of our Blythe Families! It is very much appreciated.
