Start the new year with Yoga!

We will continue with Yoga classes for Boys and for Girls.  The January schedule is as follows:

1/7-Girls
1/14-Boys
1/21-Girls
1/28-Boys

Class runs 3pm - 3:45pm on Thursdays and the cost is $10 per class. Please sign up here by clicking on the Cheddar Up button below.

While we can accommodate day of registration/payment it’s always preferred to have sign ups the day before class.

December fitness calendars are due this Wednesday, January 6th! Don’t forget to turn in your forms so that you will get your paw charm! Blythe Park PTA has partnered with Wei Huang, parent to a Kindergarten student at Blythe Park to offer a twice monthly class for students and families to learn Chinese Culture and Conversation.

We are hoping to start classes in late January. Please let us know by January 15th if your students are interested in attending, and if you have a preferred day of the week for the class to take place (while we can’t promise your day of the week will be chosen).  If you have questions, contact Rory Dominick at rory.dominick@gmail.com

Blythe Park PTA will hold an Adult Social on Saturday, January 30th at 7:00pm at Chef Sangria-La in North Riverside. The ticket price of $40.00 per person will include food buffet and a three drink ticket. The evening will feature a split the pot raffle and some other fun raffles. Grab your spouse, a friend and join us for a night out supporting Blythe and a local business.  Purchase your tickets on-line starting on Monday, January 11th.

    

The Snowball Dance crew is looking for white lights to make the Blythe Park gym all twinkly and white!  So, as you put away your holiday decorations, please consider letting us borrow some of your white lights.   Bring them to the office or give them to Margaret Senese with your name on them.

    

Blythe Park PTA’s annual Snowball Dance will be held on Friday, February 5th from 6:30-8:00pm in the gym. It will be a winter wonderland of fun!  Any questions, contact Margaret Senese at margaretsenese3@gmail.com.
