Cardio Kids – Wednesday at 7:45am and Friday at 8:15am
This is the last week of Cardio Kids! Following is the updated schedule:
Wednesday, 7:45am – Regular practice
Friday, 8:15am – Final Run
On Wednesday, Ms. Gorman, Ms. Rehor and Mr. Bartelt will walk/run with the students around the Blythe Park campus. On Friday, cheer for your student as they make their Final Cardio Kids Run of the school year.
 Kids Tae Kwon Do class this Thursday.
Kids TaeKwonDo will be held on Thursday from 3:00-3:45pm in the Blythe Park Gym for all students in K-5th Grade. *Class reservation deadline is Wednesday. You must register by clicking on the Cheddar Up button below to participate.
*PLEASE NOTE – All children must be registered online by clicking on the Cheddar Up button no matter your payment method (cash, check or credit). Payment can be made online or send cash/check to the school office with “Kids Tae Kwon Do” on the envelope and child’s name. (Please make checks payable to Blythe Park PTA.)

 10-Day PBSS Celebration and Countdown to Summer Extravaganza!
The 10-Day PBSS (Positive Behavior Support System) Celebration and Summer Countdown begins Wednesday, May 24th. Each day will have a special theme:
- Wednesday – Blue and White Day: Show your Bulldog Pride
- Thursday – Write a Letter of advice to incoming students.
- Friday – Yawn Day: Wear Your Pajamas
- Monday – True American: Wear your red, white and blue

Also, during this time, Bulldog A-Paws tickets will be collected daily and entered into a raffle for fun summer prizes!

Next year, Blythe Park School will be partnering with Riverside Parks and Rec to provide after-school activities for students!
Ms. Gorman is collecting feedback on the types of offerings you would like to see provided for your children. These co-cirricular programs will be in addition to Yoga, Tae Kwon Do and Cardio Kids.

 We are looking for parent volunteers to help with Field Day on Tuesday, June 6th.
To make this event a success, we need a lot of volunteers to run the games. Please take a look at your calendars! To volunteer, click on the SignUp button below. Older siblings and grandparents are welcome to volunteer too. Just make a note when you sign up as to whom will be attending.
