So You Want to Own Rural Land in Maryland

Many of you often have legal questions and may not have the time to attend a workshop or webinar.  With that in mind, we have developed an online course that can be done at any time focused on trespasser liability, livestock liability, fencing laws, right-to-farm laws, leasing laws, and estate planning.  The course is free to join and is available online through the University of Maryland.  The course is made possible by a grant from the Northeast Extension Risk Management Education Center and USDA-NIFA.
