I spent $9.25 and saved $48.78 on groceries with the Flashfood app. I got four chicken enchilada meals, four lemon cranberry muffins, four cinnamon muffins, a box of mini croissants, and six lime Chobani yogurts. And it was perfect timing because I didn’t have time to make dinner that night.

My husband and I are remodeling our laundry room. We decided to go to our local Habitat for Humanity Restore to check out what they might have for our project. Upon arriving, we saw a sign on the door that I dicated flooring was an additional 50% off. We found three boxes of brand new Mowhawk RevWood flooring – enough to cover over 78 square feet – for $45 each (before the 50% off), which was a great deal based upon flooring prices I had already looked at. We ended up paying $67.50. Later, I decided to see how much the flooring would be elsewhere – approximately $267 for a savings of 75%!
