Grilled Huli Huli Chicken – DANGEROUSLY good!!! Chicken thighs marinated in brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, sherry, ginger, and garlic. Let the chicken marinate all day and grill. We ate this twice in one week. It was seriously delicious!! Can use chicken breasts or tenders instead of thighs.

Million Dollar Chicken Rice-a-Roni Casserole – GREAT weeknight chicken casserole. Super easy to make and tastes like a million bucks!! Can make ahead and freeze for a quick meal later! Chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked chicken, cottage cheese, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, garlic, parmesan cheese, and french fried onions. Everyone cleaned their plate and went back for seconds!
