Giant Peanut Butter Candy Corn Cookies – thick bakery-style peanut butter cookies loaded with chopped candy corn, rolled oats, and crunchy cornflakes. Inspired by the classic fall snack of candy corn and salty peanuts, these cookies are crispy around the edges, soft in the center, and packed with sweet and salty flavor.
