What's for Dinner? {Weekly Meal Plan}

Good morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. We had dinner with friends last night and are just getting ready for the week ahead today. I've already got our dinner menu planned. Are you a meal planner? I can't function without our weekly meal plan! I plan out all of our dinners for the week on Sunday and do the grocery shopping. It makes the week so much easier!

Today I am sharing our meal plan with you! I've got a main dish and side for every single night of the week. Grilling recipes, casseroles, air fryer recipes, quick 15-minute pasta dishes, and an AMAZING dessert! You don't want to miss these delicious recipes!

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.

Slow Cooker Queso Chicken Tacos – only 4 ingredients! Chicken slow-cooked in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and green chiles, and Mexican cheese dip. Dangerously delicious. Serve in tortillas with your favorite taco toppings. Can freeze leftover for a quick meal later. Taco Tuesday never tasted so good!
